the difference is myths in other religions are said to have already happened

well myths can be chopped down to misunderstanding what they dont know is science

the book of revalations is a telling of what's to come in the far future during the end of times

and explaining it as powerful beings

the greeks, norse, romans, etc. treated their myths, their religion, as fact, because they didn't have the knowledge to explain the natural world (edited)

any sight of the future, cant be taken literally until it actually happens, regardless id it'll end up being true or not
